It is an alright experience. Have a phone interview then a group panel interview. About an hour group panel interview. It is a 3 week process. Ask you many questions about your previous job and also experience working in teams. Decided to take another job elsewhere. I feel that I learned alot. Took a 15 minute excel skills test. It was 5 questions. Testing many categories of excel. They were helpful through this process.
