I applied online & I got a call back the next day. I went in for an interview a couple days later. And then I had to come back again to do paperwork and all that jazz. The interviewer asked me about 4 basic questions. Like what was my availability, and do I have experience etc. I worked at Six Flags Great Adventure for a year. The interview lasted about 5 minutes, not even. Pretty much if you get a call back you got the job.
