My interview process with Clements Fluids was a truly pleasant and engaging experience. The atmosphere was comfortable, warm, and inviting, making me feel hopeful about the opportunity. I felt so at ease that I could have shared for hours.

I applied online through indeed.com then I received an email from the Recutier who is located in Tyler, TX and the position was in Charlotte,Tx near San Antonio city. We exchanged emails to coordinate a phone interview at 8:00AM everything was fine until the Recutier called. As soon as he called and he heard little accent he asked me. You have little accent, Where are you from? Do you have rights to work in America? After I answered those questions I knew I wouldn’t be offered the job he was just buying time and i hard his stopped typing. He evaluated my candidacy based on where I am from. 2 days later got a rejection email and in his signature email said God Bless. Keep on mine I have an MBA and experience in top 3 oil and gas company in the world. Too bad they need to be more professional than this.
