I spoke with 5 people over 2 months, each one being further up the chain. Some calls had to be rescheduled on the fly because the interviewers didn't actually set time aside for me. I spoke all the way up to the President of Customer Success, who made it sound like I was a shoe-in for the position. Then I heard nothing at all for weeks, I reached out to the President, other interviewers, and HR. After multiple emails, HR finally sent me an automated rejection letter. When I asked for feedback, I wasn't even granted a reply let alone anything constructive. Very frustrating since I got nothing but positive vibes and the process was VERY long.
