The interview was a 45 minute group interview with 4 other potential candidates. It was a rushed process with details sent out late in the evening the day before, so I had very little time to prepare. During the interview we were each asked to role play elements of the job with 4 minutes allocated to each therapist. The rest of the time was intro's and information about the company, some of which had already been shared over email so felt repetitive. The interviewers seemed nice but were clearly inexperienced both in the role they were interviewing for and also in recruitment.
