Entrevista
Phone interview followed by an in person meeting with the laboratory head. It was a position in the research institute so it wasn't a clinical setting. It was a very small lab and I was taken around and introduced to the other team members who were each able to briefly chat with me about my previous lab work.

Entrevista
First the interview women took me into a meeting type room and asked me several questions that were on a piece of paper. Then she asked me if I would like a tour of the lab and had me sign a HIPPA form before we entered the lab together.
