Process took 5 weeks, 4 interviews with 6 people in total. The company website markets a transparent and easy process but that was not the case. I sent emails that were not answered. The earlier conversations were friendly and informative. It was not until the last interview that I felt the cards were stacked against me before I even spoke. All interviews were over the phone or on zoom.
