Resume shortlisting based on on campus job. It was a decent pay and the intern work was not much but got a lot to learn. I was convinced that it is a good cloud solution provider company.

Machine test followed by interview of two rounds.
You have to be more than good at whatever language your applying for. Basic cloud computing knowledge expected. Don't take it for granted.
