I applied for the job, and after a 30 minute interview with an HR employee, I was assigned 2 mini projects which took about 2 hours to complete. After the mini projects were submitted and reviewed, I was selected for a final phase interview, in which I had to create a mock-up "space" on their software (took about 6 hours to create and even more time studying their software enough to get to the point of being able to create it). The interview itself was conducted via zoom with 2 of ClickUp's team members, and it consisted of a question-answer portion, followed by me demonstrating what I built in their software. It was a 2 hour long interview, and I thought that it went really well. I was told that they really liked me and my qualifications, and that I would hear from them in a few days.
The following morning, I woke up to an email from a no-reply email address with one line "You have not been selected for this position." After such a long process and so much of my time going into preparing for this interview, I would have really appreciated a little more personalization in the rejection email. It felt very cold. I reached out for feedback only to have my email bounced back as undeliverable. I'm not sure what went wrong, and I'm guessing I'll never know.

You would need to prepare a project explaining their product features - you may not even have known anything about before the interview - that could potentially cost you several hours, yet you won't get the job.

The interview process was several steps/interviews long and included a mini-project, and active interaction with the ClickUp platform. It felt intense considering the pay scale of this role. That said, the interviewers were incredibly sharp and kind!
Very good. It was easy going and atypical for someone in that level. I had a good sense of the org and also what the responsibilities were and they aligned with my expectations.

typical support related questions. Don't recall them specifically but none were too challenging or outside of what was expected.
