The interview went well and was relaxed. Half way through the interview the director walked in and began asking direct questions about my mental health status. I was able to go through the interview, but on reflection this was very unprofessional and raised several red flags. They then went back on their salary and reduced it. I decided not to follow through with a trial I was offered following this experience.
