The process only took about two weeks in total. None of the questions were extremely difficult and I liked that they put a lot of the focus on being a good cultural fit for the company, as culture fit is just as important to me as a future employee. I did a brief phone interview, and then a video interview that lasted a few hours since I has not yet relocated. Once I moved, I met with someone in their office who had me visit for lunch and really liked what the company was part of and the problems they were working to solve.
