The recruitment process was conducted in several steps. The steps are similar to other companies with comparable or similar roles. The recruitment process was smooth until I got ghosted.
Rejection in the recruitment process is normal. However, employers should consider that candidates put their work and time into the recruitment process. Rejection letters (or at least messages) would be better (even if it's a template)

I had a relatively disappointing experience. While the technical teams were kind and knowledgeable, the recruitment managers were slow to respond and lacked transparency in their communication. My case study was initially scheduled in the wrong time zone and had to be rescheduled multiple times, which added unnecessary stress and length to the process.

Entrevista
Initial phone call for screening. This was followed by an invitation for a longer formal interview with current staff via video call. A written assessment and data task was sent via email following the interview to complete.
