Was told the process was a HR screening call, an interview with a team member, a presentation and then a final culture fit call with other team members. All of the stages were very efficient, and within 3 weeks I had the final stage which seemed positive. However, after this I was ghosted by the HR manager. I followed up three times via email with no response. I think it is very unprofessional to not provide feedback if you reject someone during the final interview stage. I was very disappointed as up until this point everyone I met had been lovely and I was excited about the opportunity.

In-house recruiter reached out to me via LinkedIn. We set up a conversation and had a 30-minute call the following day. It was productive, but she failed to follow up and I never heard from her again.
