They ask good/difficult questions and really try to learn your skills and strengths. Personally, the company just usages people and drains them until they are burnt out. The company doesn't deserve the great candidates that apply.

I interviewed with a person who was very professional. They didn't keep me waiting. Since working there, I have seen candidates kept waiting for up to 45 minutes. This didn't happen to me. The person I interviewed with is no longer there.
