Very open discussion. I was asked my background in the RCM world, management styles, client opinions, references, etc. Discussed interests and what motivates me with clients. Interview was more of a conversation rather than an interrogation. Casey was very laid back and was more interested in my approaches to managements over the nitty gritty billing items.
