I had a really disappointing experience with this company. A few days after applying they reached out to me which honestly made me hopeful. The quick turnaround felt refreshing in this job market and gave the impression that they were serious and respectful of applicants’ time. I was then asked to complete an assessment which I did thoroughly and put a lot of genuine effort into.After submitting it, I heard absolutely nothing. No follow up, no update, nothing. I then reached out to HR directly to check in. I could see that my message was forwarded internally and multiple representatives were copied, yet no one responded. That level of silence after requesting unpaid work from candidates is honestly flat out mean.
I completely understand that companies cannot respond to every single application however, once you ask someone to invest real time and energy into an assessment, the standard should be different. At that point, it is no longer just an application. The lack of basic courtesy left a very negative impression and felt like emotional whiplash. I see other comments on this, hopefully it is something that will change.

They asked very basic medical billing questions, about PIP and workers compensation related questions in TL round and then in manager round and HR round they discuss about previous work experience and salary
First round of interview is Hr introduction , then design task of designing a main screen of dashboard , presentation round and last ceo round and final round for discussion of salary
