O processo levou 3 semanas. Fiz uma entrevista na empresa Clinical Innovations (Arlington, TX).
Entrevista
It was a 5 stage interview and lasted about 3 weeks. The first interview was with the territory manager who you will be supporting. The 2nd interview was a face-to-face with the territory manager, then the 3rd and 4th interview is a phone call with other territory managers within the country. Which leads up to the 5th interview a panel face-to-face with about 3 different manager in attendance. Now for a candidate to have made it to the final round to me personally means the company is interested in you. At the final round they didn’t ask me any new questions, but I just reaffirmed the answers I gave them previously and relay my excitement for this opportunity. I even went out my way to purchase a detail oriented binder of my previous success, they were impressed! The entire interview I was confident and articulated myself in a professional manor while answering their questions directly and concisely. That’s why it was a big surprise to me when my recruiter called me and stayed they are moving on without me and the reason was I didn’t know too much about their product. Which not a question asked, if asked I would answer it because I did my research. It seemed to me they didn’t know what they wanted and unfortunately a big waste of time and energy on my part. I wish they would have eliminated me earlier on in the process that way I wouldn’t have to put in so much time (3 weeks) and effort.

Entrevista
Pleasant and generic. Nothing to complain about. I'd say you get a sense that it's a great company to work for. Credentialing takes a while, but this may not be their fault.
