I applied for the position on Indeed. Originally, I was contacted with interest and then 30 days passed. I was contacted again for a zoom interview with the clause "this is 80% personal assistant work and 20% executive assistant work". I enjoy that type of work so I didn't have any problems. Once scheduled for the zoom interview, the interviewer and I talked for a while and he said the CEO will have concerns with the gaps in your resume. I thought, if that is the case why did YOU contact me for an interview? You had over 30 to notice gaps in my resume. He continued to say the CEO would be concerned, but said he would get back to me if she was interested. 20 min later he called me and said she was definitely interested and would like to meet with me today at 5:30 pm via zoom. I said ok good. Then he called me and said her flight was delayed. Let's try for Monday. I said ok. Monday came, and he called and said the CEO still wasn't available because of travel conflicts. Let's try for Wednesday in person. I said ok. Wednesday came and he said I hope you are not on your way, the CEO isn't feeling well. I then realized how many projects I was currently working on and declined the reschedule. I know plans change and things happen but it seemed very unorganized and unprofessional. After reading about the CEO I really wanted to work with her because of her entrepreneurial spirit and backgound, but everything happens for a reason.

The focus was on my side business because the last assistant left due to her being self-employed.
Initially interviewed with temporary agency. I did the intake and was placed that next week. Once ordered a permanent, I had a brief conversation with the warehouse manager and was offered a FT permanent position! They asked questions about my background.
Candidatei-me online. O processo levou 5 dias. Fiz uma entrevista na empresa Clipper (Carson, CA).

It was one of the simplest interviews I ever went through, except when I interviewed with the CEO, it was unorganized, and seem like it was "on-the-fly" willingness to meet. looking back on it now, for such a small company, it was just a complete indicator of how the operations would be every day, very random, sporadic, and unorganized. Mainly created by CFO changing her mind depending on the mood she was in.
