      Emails, and then zoom interviews. I had two interviews with them and I sent a follow-up email a week later asking if they wanted to move forward with me. I got no response. I'm sorry but if you go through that effort at the very least the employer should send an email saying that I didn't get the job.

      Quick to Respond, easy to get ahold of. Multiple rounds meeting the team, HR, and Hiring Manager. Easygoing and felt very welcome to be myself. Good overall experience and very pleasant through the whole process.

      The first round was conducted using zoom. When I was still waiting to join the zoom video call, the person doing the interview was 10 minutes late. She simply inquires about my interests and preferred apps. What is your understanding of Clocksharkl? Etc. Even if you have experience in customer service, I suppose they'll only choose those with certain hobbies they like. They judge you by your cover, not your skills and experience. I'm not attempting to offend, but if you research their organization on LinkedIn and look at the individuals in the same role- Customer Support, you could even wonder why you weren't chosen but someone with practically no experience did. The worst and most awkward interview experience ever.  It's good that I had several interviews that week since I eventually got a position with the State of California, so even if the interview process was easy, make sure you have other jobs lined up because they will literally hire anyone they think has "cool hobbies."

      The initial round of interviews was conducted through the HR/Recruitment procedure. That were just standard get-to-know-you questions. Following the round, they basically inform you a few days later that you will either be moved on to another interview with Clockshark's managers or that you weren't offered the job. I believe it is discriminatory for us to be interviewed by someone unaffiliated to the business in the first round.
