Overall:
I’ll keep it short. Very early in the process, it was made clear that long working hours are part of the culture, and nobody seemed uncomfortable saying that out loud. Multiple interviewers asked, in one form or another, whether I would be fine working from 8:45 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. in exchange for “free breakfast and dinner.” That alone says a lot about the company’s expectations.
The overall leadership impression was also not strong. In my experience, one of the C-level interviews felt unusually unprofessional, both in presence and setting, which did not match the image of a serious, well-run company.
For a startup that seems to want to project a premium, high-performance image, the reality felt much less convincing. The culture came across closer to a glorified overwork model than to a thoughtful, mature organization.
Candidates should be careful and look closely before committing.

Entrevista
Quite negative overall. Multiple stages (which seems to be standard) - 1. intro call with a junior employee, 2. case study assignment, 3. call with a senior employee to discuss the case study, 4. call with CEO. Passed all stages, put in quite significant effort and time to prepare the application including cover letter, do the assignment and go through all calls. Received a rejection by getting a totally generic email not stating any rationale, including 0 feedback. Asked multiple times various people to provide some feedback to see what to improve with my application - complete silence, ignored. So overall rejected and ignored despite putting in significant amount of time and getting positive only verbal feedback before. Seems quite irrational and does not look like they treat people well.
