There was none, I was referred to them by someone who was interviewed for the position. When that person declined and referred me instead, the company said it would be great for me to send them my CV that night which I did, along with my cover letter and a recommendation letter. I was contacted back by the company who told me I lacked production experience, mind you I ran a garment factory for 10 years in China and then was a QC and Compliance Manager for 4 at my most recent company. When I followed up and asked for clarification on which aspect of production I was missing so I could improve, radio silence. Says alot about the company.
