Phone chat and then face to face interview. I actually showed up 2 days early to check out the business and the Franchise Owner accommodated me by interviewing me on the spot. Interview was very direct and matter of fact....no fluff or selling me on working there. They were clearly looking for people who are interested in a profession rather than a job.

I submitted a resume. I was called and given a phone interview, I was sent 2 personality tests then I was given an in-person interview by the sales manager and the owner of the company.
