It is easy. it is all about adjusting to culture and punctuality. You just have to answer easy questions about why you chose to be a teacher instead of something. And also, you have to show them that you are a good English speaker.

Entrevista
Interview process done over the phone, both initial and final interviews. Interview measures your ability to communicate in English - in terms of pronunciation, speed and cadence in diction. There is also a little background check.

Entrevista
The initial process took almost 2 and a half hours til the interview with their boss. They are fair and and helpful. You'll have to take a written examination. They'll compensate your travel expenses by a hundred peso for going there for an interview.
