Jack the Business Manager was proactive and reached out in a prospective, informal manner. I was offered tasks to complete to prove my skills; what followed was a remote cultural chat, which I must applaud. It was intended to put both the employee and employer at ease, and for that it was fantastic. I was invited to the Brighton-based offices for a more formal interview... and was offered the role the same day! It really does put other companies to shame, and I respect the company for their forthright attitude to applicants.
