They reached out to me through a recruiting company and said they immediately want me to come on site for an interview. I asked to have a phone interview as there was barely any information available about the company and I didn’t want to waste time if the role wasn’t going to align with my skills. They agreed to do it after a bit of back and forth. Then I got the call from Brian Hunt, their CAO. He was very aggressive, discounted my skills and experience, and refused to answer any questions. When I asked about their funding, he started screaming his lungs out at me who I think I am to question their funding and how I am a nobody. I told him I am no longer interested in the position and hung up. Anyway I wanted to write this because from the reviews it seems my experience aligns with others. The company culture must be toxic for them to keep such a person around. And frankly I am surprised that the company is still around.

Incredibly thorough interview process which involved meetings or phone calls with the CAO, Global Head of Sales, SVP of Technology and Operations and direct manager. Different questions and approach from each person and it was clear how dedicated everyone is to success and progress. They gave an honest review on the current company structure and performance and clearly explained how the company was moving forwards and where I would fit in to that role.
