The interviewer was very professional and easy to talk to. It turned out to be a pretty seamless process, but I ended up taking a role that paid more and was a better commute.

I applied online and was contacted about 5 days later to set up an interview time with the recruiter. I booked a time on their calendar and had the interview a few days later.
Call was via Zoom. Not required to use camera. The recruiter was exceptional and kind. They asked questions about my current experience, why Cloud Factory and some behavioral questions.
By the end of the interview, the recruiter told me I would be most likely pushed to the next round. I got an email the same day to have an interview with a manager but after the recruiter told me the whole interview process was going to 6-7 interviews, my attention turned off. That’s absolutely insane, especially if you end up not getting an offer. I personally also do not want to work for a company where commission is payed quarterly so I withdrew my application.

I had a recruiter reach out to me for this role and the interview process was a doozy. Every time I thought it might be coming to an end, there were 2 more steps. I really, really liked the talent acquisition guy and the SDR manager. They were both super professional and made me feel comfortable talking with them. CF was one of the first companies I interviewed with when I started my job search in the software sales industry. I worked my tail off on the assignments they gave me and I knew they could see my effort. The piece of advice I would give anyone looking to get a job here (or anywhere...) is to prepare yourself for those hard questions they will be asking you. I was so busy working on the mock email and learning about the potential client pitch that I did not prepare for those difficult questions I was supposed to think about ahead of time. Also, I was used to applying for jobs in a field I was very familiar with so when they started asking me to give examples of ways my previous work experiences would transition to this role, I totally bombed it. I enjoyed the experience and learned a whole lot about what NOT to do. Overall, this experience really helped me to get my dream job with a different software company. Be self objective and do research / use your resources to prepare!

Why do you want to get in this field and leave your current job - you can be totally honest, if it is money, tell me that.
