I had 3 rounds of interview. It was very smooth. General questions. First with hiring manager, end with team managers. Lastly with manager. The interview tools around two weeks. They move forward very fast.

I was talking to regional GM and present what I do for the company. Then, GM hired me without hesitation. Then the HR dept. reconfirm the package and the position. I got the offer only passed through GM and HR.
