Was unhappy with pressure tactics like fake deadlines, good cop/bad cop, etc.
They hadn't worked together or had any hires from their network.
Heard that people had left shortly after starting. Glad it didn't work out.

Entrevista
Getting right person is very important for them. The interview process is lengthy consisting of interviews with engineering team (with whom you have to work), Directors, VP, CEO. But its an experience in itself. The entire interviewing process is transparent, quick communication, open, and encouraging. The team is the next thing to be looking forward to work for. Each one stands out and still work together. Awesome place to work for. Can't wait to be part of the team. Great future for the company.

Seem to subscribe to ageism as qualified candidates should not admit to having too much experience. As soon as they found out how many years you have, watch out.
