The interview process was well thought out and personal. It was the standard mix of problem-solving questions as well as functional questions testing practical applications. You get to meet with different partners within the company which makes it easy to know who you will be working with when joining.

Entrevista
My first interview was positive and conversational with Kyle, the SVP of Professional Services. I could clearly see Kyle's depth of knowledge into professional services and cloud technology, as well as his passionate and supportive leadership style. Throughout the interview I got a greater understanding of the scope of the role, the trajectory of CloudWerx, and the team culture.
A few weeks later I spoke with Tracy, Sr. Director Talent Acquisition, who gave me an update that they decided to pause on hiring for the position until Q2 or later. Tracy's warmth, friendliness, and transparency were highly appreciated. She went above and beyond on the call sharing insightful feedback.
Some themes that stood out to me:
1) Authenticity - The people I spoke with at CloudWerx created a welcoming experience and I got a sense that the company genuinely cares about people: employees and clients.
2) Appreciation for diversity - It was clear that they are working to build a well-rounded team with a range of backgrounds and skills.
3) Adaptability and learning - Both Tracy and Kyle gave constructive feedback and recommendations for professional development. They want their employees to be set up for success.

The interviews I had were conversational and informational but my understanding is that additional interviews would include general cognitive ability, role-related knowledge, completing a task while sharing your screen, and potentially a brief meeting with the founders.
