Job description online does not match what they were looking for. Interviewer was not prepared to ask intelligent questions. Interviewer did not understand scope of job. Interviewer was emotionally closed and not communicative. Interviewer showed little interest in me as a person. Interviewer made multiple promises and did not deliver on any of them. Interviewer promised to set up interviews with other employees and did not do so.

All HR team up to make the hiring process perfect. Special care in all communication channels, always respectful and flexible. Im thrilled with the way they managed the hiring process. Many phone calls were setup previous to the personal interview and the flow of communication and flexibility was outstanding. For the 1:1 interview I had to travel and the set up of the trip was very easy, also flexible. In all the stages I dealt with many HR people and all of them were very kind and professional.
