I was asked to present 1 hour to the team. It was based upon a customer case study. I then had one-on-ones with VP sales and the hiring manager. The recruiter followed up with me at the end

they put you thru many rounds of interviews, never endling, at least 5-6 rounds with an account manager role. it is more interviews than getting into Harvard University.
they never be able to tell you what's next step, they just keep sending you request for interviews, i find it a waste of time, esp i was only interviewing an account manager role.

The interview process for my role was a 4 stage process meeting with several stage of meeting various managers, culminating with a presentation to the internal recruiter and 5 senior members of the management team. I also got the opportunity to meet with the SVP for EMEA.
