I have been contacted by K.W the recruiter Who found my Resume on Linkedin. 1st introduction Interview with K.W 30 min general questions. 2nd Interview with J.T second recruiter another 30 min General question he spoke about the Company Benefits and he asked me some random technical questions. 3rd Interview with With a Technical recruiter I.F a Customer Operations Engineer, all the questions were about Linux / Unix / Java/ SQL the Guy was very impressed about my answers I was told I still have 2 more Interviews. 55 min interview. 4th Interview with Mei.P.C Customer Operations Engineer She was nice very professional all questions are technical questions and customer service related. She even admit that I'm the perfect fit for her team. 5th Interview with D.M Principal Customer Operations Engineer it was also more of a technical interview, questions related to Unix Cmd, SQL Database, Java troubleshooting, Networking and some scenarios. 65 mins 6th Interview and the last one with the hiring manager, a nice guy and very cool, he even said that I'm very impressed about your skills and your resume. He did even say that he may try to switch the position from Federal Customer Operations Engineer to Senior Federal Customer Operations Engineer as he needs to reach out to HR for this matter. The Whole Process started on Sep 2021 till Nov 5th. where I received the following feedback, Unfortunately, the team decided to move forward with another candidate. It was a difficult decision as you and the other candidate were strong. However, we could only select one. We can certainly consider you in the future.
