The process started with an interview with talent acquisition, then I was given a technical test to complete and submit within 7 days. Next, I had the interview with hiring manager as well as an interview with a TAM.

Tell me about yourself, how did you cope with a difficult customer, what would you bring on a QBR knowing the customer will probably churn, etc.
