In 2019 I had 4 interviews for a role. After 3rd told would be offered, after 4th told I would be offered. Week later after chasing told role never signed off. I accept that this kind of thing can happen (although they called me in 4 times! ) But the manner in which they dealt with it was terrible. No apology for wasting my time travelling 4 times to interview. In fact the HR person was very rude and dismissive.

Shockingly bad experience! Good company brand and well known in the industry but senior management is actually just a bunch of cowboys and directors need to get with the real world looks like they have “hidden” issues with staff rentention as CEO likes to exclude certain data to make it sound better than it actually is. Wouldn’t actually join this company if had been offered. Process was slow three 1.5-2 hour interviews no feedback during each of the interviews. Need to have a real shake up that people are not that desperate to join as a company.
