Pretty standard interviews. Starts with a phone screen with a recruiter and a tech screen with a developer. It was pretty obvious that Cloudistics hired a third party recruiter for their initial phone screen. I'm not sure if there are more than just one, but the lady that I've talked to was extremely unprofessional. Conversation started with casual discussions, and there was a part where she mentioned nice things about Cloudistics (their product, culture, benefits, etc.). Then, I got to a point where I had to mention that I was interviewing at couple other places. All of sudden, the lady got extremely mad and started ranting about how I shouldn't compare other companies with Cloudistics as Cloudistics' culture, product, and benefits will outweigh all the other companies'. She started mentioning specific companies and started downgrading them (red flag) - she mentioned how you can't have X and Y at Lockheed Martin, how people at Google work like dogs (word for word in her own words), and how some candidates with prior experience at Google chose Cloudistics (pretty obvious lie if you do some research). It was also quite strange how she thought that earning PTOs starting first year was unusually special benefit (she mentioned how in her previous job, she had to wait 3 years to start earning PTOs). It was dazzling how unprofessional she was considering how she was boasted her 10+ years of recruiting. Then, there was a 45-60min tech screen with one of the developers. Unlike the recruiter, he was extremely nice, and polite. The interview itself was pretty standard. I'd say experience with him was pleasant. Advice to management: I'd highly reconsider the recruiter. My experience with the developer was standard and definitely on the pleasant end, whereas the conversations with the recruiting lady was extremely unpleasant.
