They made me go through all of their rounds and just the day before giving out the offer, they decided not to hire for region Tallinn but instead they decided to hire from UK and decided to cancel the offer. You'll find the same interview feedback by the candidate who applied for the role 'Business Analyst'. Management hiring for customer success is fairly new and has no idea were they are going with this. My only intention of putting this feedback is to warn other candidates, before applying please double check with the management that they would actually like to hire and they are not wasting your time. Luckily this did not happen to me after me resigning from the current job and I still have a job. Interview with CEO (the last round) was the only meaningful round that I truly enjoyed were CEO actually shared his vision about the company and shared his information about the city "Tallinn", unfortunately neither did he have any idea about this change that his management was planning.
