The hiring process was quick and thorough. I was contacted by a company representative and asked a few general questions about my resume. What I thought about Chattanooga and the company. I asked a few questions and received adiquate answers. The next interview was with the development Team Lead. We discussed my experience, projects I had worked on, and what I do to keep abreast of technology. Within a few days I had an online technical interview, where I used a basic text editor to code answers to a few technical questions. The final interview was an onsite panel interview. I was reviewed by the development team, answering questions. Then I was interviewed by the Director and then by the VP of the department. Basically all interviews were completed within three weeks.
