Initial interview is with the HR. He/she will ask personal information to validate your given information. He/she will ask for your asking salary and questions answerable by yes or no. Exam - The examination will be catered by other individual and will ask if you can do the exam after the initial interview. There are no time limit with the exam and they have 4 questions. 2 questions are base on business process knowledge and 2 questions are base from general accounting knowledge. I have been reached out couple of times with HR. When I have decided to try and apply, I was pretty excited. It was an ok process however it was very difficult to get feedback. After my 2nd interview, the HR told me that they would get back to me the within the day. I was not able to get concrete feedback not till more than a week later. It's kind of frustrating because they are keeping you on a leash. Until now I'm still waiting for feedback. He told me he'll come back to me on that day but none. I tried to ask for feedback again the next day. NO ANSWER. This must be one of the worst encounter i had with an HR.
