The interview lasted 5 minutes and didn't even go over the basics/duties of the position. Within 5 minutes the CEO of the company wanted me to come in the next day for training. It was extremely suspicious; I didn't come back.

This is a scam for door to door sales! Do not waste your time! They interview you in a rented suite cohabited by two other companies operating under the same guise. They trick you into thinking you're applying for a salary based position but really you're a door to door salesman, don't be fooled by them burying the job duties under the fluff about their multi-million dollar campaigns, it's bull.
I am sorry you had a bad experience with us, if you are not qualify for the PR position we can offer you a brand ambassador & marketing position, and if you are good you can get promoted. An office running over 10 clients has the sales department, the customer service department, the communications and HR department. We do have a client that does B2B follow ups, that doesn't means that's all the company does.
