I was referred by a friend and did an initial phone screen on a Friday. HR reached out to me an set up an in-person interview on-site for the next Friday. I was told to bring my laptop for some design exercises & to go over my portfolio - pretty standard requests. I met with six people, and collaborated for design exercises with five of them with laptop and whiteboard. We focused on content for web, email, customer flows, etc. Everybody was super friendly and I actually enjoyed the interview process for a change! They moved really quickly on making their interest known and making an offer.
