Long drawn out; conflicting feedback. It was clear management was not on the same page when it comes to company vision and priorities. Employees seemed really stressful and not enjoying their jobs

Applied online and received an email from a recruiter shortly after setting up a time for a phone screen. During phone screen was given an overview of the company and role. Followed by typical questions regarding experience and why you want to work for Clover.
After phone screen, recruiter set up another phone interview with the 'team lead'. This involved more questions regarding experience and some situational questions. Nothing out of the ordinary. Team lead kept implying you don't need experience for this role, though I do have experience.... not sure what they are looking for and they didn't seem to know either. The job description, the recruiter's explanation of the job and the team leads explanation of the role, were all different. Everyone I spoke to seems to be just out of college, so maybe that is why there is so much confusion.
