Entrevista
The interviewer was cordial enough but did not ask important questions. This company does not offer any kind of benefits even though they were hiring for a full time position. That ought to be illegal. The salary offered is also pretty low. The owner is really taking advantage because all trainers are hired as independent contractors so that he doesn't have to give benefits, no medical, no pension, nothing,..still he asks for 40 hours a week. The nerve. Additionally, the trainer has to work 12 sessions a week for free before getting any additional compensation for sessions. A little odd. The facility was unimpressive. The little equipment they have is old and kind of dirty. The rubber floors have not been changed in years, they are dirty and probably don't provide enough traction. I wouldn't want to lay down there to stretch.

What was my background and experience. The interviewer did not asked any important follow up questions. Didn't seem very inquisitive. I prepared so much for this interview, the whole thing seemed like a waste.
Not a good interview. The interviewer did not ask questions and the salary offered was extremely low. I felt they also take advantage of employees because they ask them to work full time but treat them as independent contractors in order to avoid paying health insurance or any other benefit. There is also a number of sessions a month that they pocket without the trainer getting a cent. All around a very predatory practice by the owners to maximize their profits. I would avoid this place like the plague. What they do is actually against labor law.
