Disrespectful Interview Experience: I had a disappointing experience during my first screening interview with the CTO. While I was answering a question, he unexpectedly started laughing. I was taken aback and politely asked why, as it felt disrespectful in a professional setting. Although he apologized, he abruptly ended the interview, stating I wasn’t a good fit. Frankly, I was already considering ending the interview myself due to his dismissive demeanor. If this behavior reflects the leadership style at the company, it raises concerns about the overall culture.
