The quality of questions is very poor, keep asking unrelated questions. Both interviewers are having conflicts in asking the proper question. A bit harsh attitude. There is a written test before interview.

1 hr written test about algorithms and data structures Follow by normal interview with three interviewers. Asked normal questions on resume and experience. Also, tested understanding on technical knowledge and written test content.

I don’t know whether they are actually hiring. The ads have been posted for years. Written test contains basic equations probably learnt in year 1. Then a face to face 2-1 interview. The 2 senior staffs didn’t introduce themselves at all. They kept questioning me about my skills to a disrespectful degree. Instead of sharing experience on numerical models , they were more interested in asking me to derive statistic equations on the spot. What’s the meaning of that??? Reciting sth can be found in google for lees than one second??? Can the interviewer do it by themselves???
