I was contacted for an initial screening, after which my online technical interview was scheduled. The interviewer asked questions very quickly without giving enough time to think, moving on to the next question immediately. Although the position was for an Associate SQA role and the job description clearly reflected that, the interview felt more like it was for a senior position. Most questions were heavily focused on APIs, coding, and complex scenario based or analytical topics. The company should improve its process by ensuring that interview questions align with the job position and the stated job description.
