It started with a phone interview to determine if I met enough of the qualifications for an in person interview. In the end I was never given an offer. The recruiter told me that I did well in the interview and he expected to hear an answer by next week. This song and dance went on for another month until the recruiter finally ghosted me. I don't know if I would have accepted the offer after understanding their business. Coal is on the way out as will be Clyde B.

Entrevista
Straightforward. Panel of interviews with different management levels over two meetings. It was an open and comfortable process to discuss the position. Focus was more on the mechanical side of the business.
