The interview took 5 minutes. I walked into the restaurant and asked to fill out an application, sat down at a booth and was greeted by the manager within minutes. My manager told me that Clyde's managers pretty much decide whether you are hired or not within the first 5 minutes of meeting you. It's all about your persona and people skills.

Had a interview with the GM. Initially went in looking for the server position, but with my lack of experience they ended up offereing the bussing or host position. Ultimately I took the host position. During the interview process I was asked about myself, hobbies, etc. I also asked some questions myself.. trying to get to know the GM on a personal level. I was hired on the spot. As long as you're somewhat social you shouldnt have a problem getting the job.

Super simple, availability and personality related. Asked about my extracurriculars, grades, and habits. Nothing out of the blue or complicated and I heard back very soon. It felt like they were already going to hire me anyways
