I was selected through mail and then I was given a date to the interview online and one of the senior architect from that firm interviewed me and I had to take a test given by them for rhe next 3 hours

The application was done online and had to do travel for in person interview. Interview lasted for about an hour and was very easy going. Just the one round of interview and received an offer about a week later.
