Had initial call with HR, followed by a 1 hour technical + behavioral call with VP of engineering, then a 1 hour long tech screen with 2 engineers going over an existing iOS app and building off it. Was completely ghosted after the last stage and received no update on my application - very disappointing since I put in a lot of time and effort for the interview process. Really enjoyed all the conversations I had too so it was especially disappointing to never hear back or get any insight into why I was ghosted.
