A very comfortable and friendly interview in a nice room with sofa's around a coffee table. A nice chat beforehand some small talk etc. I was asked to talk about myself in summary and a bit about my experiences and why I've applied for the role. Then I did I think what were 8 scenario questions and they asked me to give an 'example' of something that I had done that demonstrated my skills/personality. I was asked other questions such as, if you were faced with a deceased child would you be okay with this? Other generic questions about heavy lifting too etc, what you would predict/essentially expanding upon what the role was simply. If anything I would say dress as smartly as you can, almost as if you are actually attending a funeral. I did dress quite smartly but my shoes were not shining and that was the first thing I realised when I was sat down - they were immaculate and this made me look a bit sloppy. I did however throw in a line how I would of course be immaculate myself, wear the shiny shoes... top button done up etc. You could tell they wanted me to do well. They were patient and after repeating one question they said they would just come back to it. Very positive experience - was very much put at ease. All the staff made a really nice first impression in reception, one lady who is the site cleaner made an effort to come over and say hello. I was told that I came across as very nicely spoken, sensitive and polite so that must be what they're looking for. Good luck :)

Was asked 5 generic situational questions - "when did you show leadership" etc. It didn't feel particularly challenging and none of it related to actually doing the job. You got a phone call the next day telling you how you did, when I was denied for a role previously it was just an email.
